PCB gave a positive sign of Shaheen Afridi recovery before World Cup

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani Fast Bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi has traveled to London to continue his recovery from a knee injury and PCB is optimistic about his participation in World Cup in Australia this year.

Left-arm fast bowler Afridi suffered the injury in Sri Lanka last month and was ruled out of the ongoing Asia Cup in the United Arab Emirates despite being named in the preliminary squad by the PCB.
