An "early retirement" by Lt-Gen Hamid

ISLAMABAD: A day before the transfer of commands in the General Headquarters (GHQ) of the army, Bahawalpur corps commander Lieutenant-General Faiz Hamid sent his resignation to the high command.

There is no official confirmation of this news from Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) but one media said that the report was from a family source while others declared it as an unknown source.

The reports are seemed true because still there is no response from Lt-Gen Hamid or ISPR.
